Tanggung Jawab
- Coach and mentor store staff to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service excellence
- Monitor and optimize store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Lead daily team briefings to align on targets, promotions, and performance feedback
- Develop and implement training programs to improve team capabilities and engagement
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and drive performance improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with management on store development plans and growth initiatives
- Represent company values through exceptional leadership and team culture building
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in retail or consumer goods industry
- Proven track record in team coaching, performance management, and sales leadership
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Results-oriented mindset with ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English language skills considered advantageous
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable to candidate)
