Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of concrete batching plant to ensure optimal production efficiency
- Enforce strict safety protocols and environmental compliance standards
- Train, supervise, and evaluate plant operators and maintenance staff
- Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate procurement activities
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and schedule preventive maintenance
- Prepare production reports and ensure quality control standards are met
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely concrete delivery to project sites
- Implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance productivity
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in concrete plant operations or similar industrial settings
- Proven leadership experience with team supervision responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of concrete production processes, quality standards, and equipment
- Valid safety certifications (e.g., OSHA or equivalent) preferred
- Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in plant management software and basic reporting tools
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and varying weather conditions
