Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement Organization Development (OD) strategies and training programs tailored to company needs.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities for staff.
- Oversee the delivery of soft skills and technical training sessions, ensuring high engagement levels.
- Analyze training effectiveness and prepare detailed reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Mentor and guide junior trainers and development staff to ensure consistent quality.
- Collaborate with department heads to align development goals with business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Development or Training role, preferably in the agricultural or livestock industry.
- Strong background in Organization Development (OD) and curriculum creation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts) for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
