Hartalega is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor for our Dipping Department. As a key leader in our manufacturing operations, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily production of nitrile gloves, ensuring that output targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong ability to manage a team in a fast-paced industrial environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of dipping lines, acting as the primary liaison between the floor staff and upper management. You will monitor the dipping process to identify and rectify any issues early, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. Your leadership will be vital in guiding your team, enforcing safety protocols, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the department.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and supervise the daily operations of the dipping production line to ensure efficiency and output targets are met.
- Monitor product quality during the dipping process to ensure compliance with Hartalega’s strict quality standards.
- Report technical issues or production bottlenecks to the Executive or Engineering/Manager level for immediate resolution.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and ensure all workers adhere to safety regulations and PPE usage.
- Train, mentor, and manage a team of production workers to improve productivity and morale.
- Implement and maintain good manufacturing practices (GMP) within the department.
- Perform daily checks on machinery and raw materials to prevent downtime and optimize processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the nitrile glove or rubber manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse workforce effectively.
- Strong understanding of the dipping process, quality control, and production line management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure effectively, and adapt to changing production needs.
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations, GMP standards, and PPE requirements.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in Manufacturing Engineering is preferred.
