Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily engineering operations and maintenance activities across mall facilities
- Lead and coordinate a team of engineers and technical staff
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Oversee facility renovations and infrastructure improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor energy consumption and implement efficiency measures
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance services
- Prepare engineering reports and manage departmental budgets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management or mall operations
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance protocols
- Leadership experience managing engineering teams
- Problem-solving skills for complex technical issues
- Certification in facility management (e.g., CFM) is advantageous
- Proficiency in maintenance management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
