Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for management decision-making
- Implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Monitor budget execution and provide variance analysis
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial reviews
- Develop financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of finance experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and Excel
- Proven experience in team leadership and financial management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
