Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts for senior management
- Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and monitor financial performance
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and financial standards
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the same industry is highly desirable
