Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions and records.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
- Develop and monitor the annual budget and forecast to support strategic decision-making and cost control.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations, financial standards, and internal control policies.
- Lead, train, and supervise the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to safeguard company assets and minimize financial exposure.
- Collaborate with department heads and management to provide financial insights and support business planning initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the finance department.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Tax Regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present financial data clearly to stakeholders.
