Tanggung Jawab
Supervise and manage the finance team, including assigning tasks and providing guidance.Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.Implement and maintain financial controls and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems.Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
