Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Oversee tax compliance, reporting, and strategic tax planning initiatives
- Develop, monitor, and analyze departmental budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility
- Implement robust cost control measures to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Mentor and develop accounting staff through performance management and training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) or equivalent preferred
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven leadership abilities with team management experience
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
