Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the finance accounting team to ensure operational excellence and professional development
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses
- Implement and maintain internal controls to guarantee compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Coordinate budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions with precision
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during compliance reviews
- Optimize financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (CPA, ACCA) preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- Deep expertise in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK), tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- Proven leadership abilities in managing teams and driving performance improvements
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian for stakeholder collaboration
