Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with company policies and local accounting standards.
- Ensure full compliance with tax regulations and government requirements, including accurate filing of PPh and PPN.
- Lead, train, and supervise the accounting team to ensure high productivity, accuracy, and professional development.
- Manage the monthly and annual closing processes, including account reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure smooth audits and resolve any compliance inquiries.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for management decision-making and budget preparation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar Tax Supervisor or Finance Management role.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian Tax Law (UU Perpajakan) and PSAK standards.
- Experience in supervising or managing a team of accounting staff.
- Proficient in using accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or MYOB).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
