Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily finance operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger management, and month-end closing
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and prepare accurate tax returns/financial reports
- Lead and develop the finance team through performance management, training, and workflow optimization
- Implement financial controls and internal audit procedures to minimize risks and ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
- Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Streamline financial processes using accounting software and automation tools
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 degree)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Proven leadership ability with experience in team mentoring and performance management
- Exceptional integrity, discipline, and collaborative teamwork skills
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) or tax advisor license preferred
