Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of financial accounting, including monthly and year-end closing processes.
- Supervise daily financial transactions, ensuring all entries are accurate and compliant with PSAK standards.
- Oversee all tax compliance activities, including preparation and timely filing of PPh 21/23/25/26 and PPN.
- Develop and implement robust internal control procedures to mitigate financial risks.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth auditing processes.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow projections for management review.
- Lead and mentor the finance/accounting team to foster high performance and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Supervisory or Senior Finance role within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A/B certification is a significant advantage).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
