Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the Finance, Accounting, and Tax department.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow analysis.
- Manage the end-to-end tax compliance process (VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Tax) in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure financial transparency.
- Perform comprehensive internal audits and ensure all accounting records are compliant with company standards.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance productivity and technical expertise.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and financial process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and Indonesian Tax Laws (Pajak).
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or similar).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Hold a Brevet A & B certification is a significant advantage.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
