Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily finishing stenter operations to meet production targets
- Monitor fabric quality parameters and implement corrective actions for deviations
- Train and mentor team members on machine operation and safety procedures
- Conduct preventive maintenance scheduling and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Optimize machine settings for different fabric types and finishing requirements
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental standards

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in textile manufacturing, specifically finishing operations
- Proven leadership experience in supervising production teams
- Technical knowledge of stenter machine operation and textile finishing processes
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in textile engineering or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
