Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of assigned kiosks, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure product availability at all times.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing and organized display of products.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Prepare daily sales reports and provide insights to improve kiosk performance.
- Train and develop new team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security of the kiosk premises at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; candidates with 1-2 years of retail experience are also welcome.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; higher education in Business or related field is an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Customer-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and POS systems.
- Own transport and willingness to travel within Kuching area if required.
