Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage overall safety, health, and environmental activities in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Enforce supervision, discipline, and work ethics for site personnel to maintain a productive work environment
- Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor workforce performance and provide guidance to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve operational issues
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, attendance, and compliance documentation
- Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and promote career advancement
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations in Malaysia
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
- Good command of English and Malay (written and spoken)
- Possession of relevant safety certifications (e.g., CIDB, NEBOSH) will be an advantage
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to project sites as required
