Guardian Health & Beauty is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our dynamic team at our flagship store in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. As a key leader within the store, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our diverse customer base.
In this role, you will mentor a team of dedicated staff, manage inventory levels, and maintain high standards of visual merchandising. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service and resolve escalated customer complaints effectively.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, security, and cash handling.
- Manage stock inventory, conduct regular stocktakes, and coordinate with the central warehouse for replenishment.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to promote products effectively.
- Train new hires and conduct regular performance reviews for team members.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies to improve store performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the retail industry.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
- Passion for health, beauty, and wellness products.
- High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in Retail Management is a plus.
