Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and execute stock replenishment to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Drive sales targets and implement strategies to maximize revenue and customer engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory policies.
- Collaborate with regional management to plan and execute promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using retail management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in retail management is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
