Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and minimize losses.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies in the warehouse.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to maximize productivity and performance.
- Coordinate closely with procurement and logistics teams to align stock levels with production schedules.
- Implement process improvements and lean methodologies to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and manage warehouse space allocation effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field of study.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems, logistics principles, and supply chain operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with ERP software (e.g., SAP) and MS Office applications is preferred.
