Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with department heads to implement HR programs that improve workforce productivity and employee engagement.
- Support the immediate head in the execution of HR strategies, including talent management and organizational design.
- Facilitate effective communication between management and staff to resolve workplace concerns and maintain positive labor relations.
- Monitor and analyze key HR metrics to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Assist in the administration of performance management processes, ensuring fair and constructive feedback loops.
- Oversee the onboarding, orientation, and training needs of new hires to ensure seamless integration into the store culture.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and internal regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of solid experience as an HR Generalist or Business Partner, preferably in retail or service-oriented industries.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Deep understanding of Philippine Labor Laws and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible scheduling.
