Tanggung Jawab

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into actionable HR plans that drive organizational success.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle management for assigned business units, including talent acquisition support, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and providing sound recommendations that align with company policy and local labor laws.
  • Drive talent development initiatives, including coaching, career pathing, and succession planning to build a robust leadership pipeline.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and provide data-driven insights to business leaders for strategic decision-making.
  • Champion employee engagement strategies and organize programs that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all Philippine labor regulations and internal HR policies, mitigating risks and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Supervise and mentor junior HR team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services across the team.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in an HR Business Partner or Generalist role, preferably within the BPO or outsourcing industry.
  • With at least 1-2 years of supervisory or team lead experience, demonstrating the ability to mentor and guide junior HR professionals.
  • Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and dynamic BPO environment.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Davao and be flexible with shifting schedules as required by the business.
