Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Manage HR systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance with Indonesian labor laws
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and build talent pipelines
- Implement HR policies and procedures while maintaining regulatory compliance
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-fill
- Drive employee engagement initiatives during recruitment and onboarding phases
- Supervise recruitment team and mentor staff for professional development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR compliance requirements
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruitment software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in manufacturing or intimate apparel industry preferred
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs
