Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the store team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and shift management.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to drive customer engagement.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and handle stock discrepancies effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer issues to ensure high satisfaction.
- Train and coach staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand values.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to recommend strategies for growth.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
- Passion for the beauty, health, and wellness industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Relevant retail management certification is an advantage.
