Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all server functions, including hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance in Data Center, Head Office, and retail stores.
- Manage server software operations, ensuring OS patches, updates, and security configurations are applied correctly.
- Monitor system performance, health, and uptime to prevent downtime and resolve technical issues proactively.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT support staff, conducting training and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement IT disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with business goals.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, IT governance, and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, specifically in server administration.
- Strong knowledge of server hardware (Cisco, Dell, HP) and software (Windows Server, Linux, Virtualization).
- Proven experience in managing Data Center operations and network infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure and handle critical incidents.
