Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day operations of the indoor playground to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate floor staff to maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of all play equipment and facilities.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution in a professional manner.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met.
- Coordinate with management to facilitate birthday parties and special events.
- Prepare daily operational reports and monitor crowd control during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in retail, theme parks, hospitality, or family entertainment centers.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise a team in a busy environment.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive 'safety-first' mindset.
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Energetic, reliable, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
