PT Grand Fan Indonesia is currently seeking a high-energy and strategic Supervisor for KOL & Affiliate Marketing to join our dynamic marketing team in Tangerang. In this pivotal role, you will lead our influencer marketing initiatives and affiliate growth strategies to amplify brand presence and drive measurable sales performance.
The ideal candidate is a digital native with a deep understanding of the Indonesian influencer landscape, capable of managing large-scale campaigns, fostering long-term creator partnerships, and optimizing affiliate funnels for maximum ROI. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive KOL and affiliate marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and conversion.
- Identify, scout, and negotiate partnerships with top-tier influencers and content creators across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Manage the end-to-end affiliate marketing cycle, from onboarding partners to monitoring performance and processing commissions.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to derive actionable insights and improve future ROAS.
- Lead and mentor a team of specialists to ensure operational excellence in campaign execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and agencies to stay ahead of market trends.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign progress, budget utilization, and growth KPIs for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in KOL management, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Marketing leadership.
- Deep understanding of the TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate, and influencer ecosystem in Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to maintain excellent long-term relationships with influencers.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional projects.
- Willingness to work on-site in Tangerang, Banten.
