What You'll Do
You will oversee all aspects of daily launching works, from manpower allocation and equipment management to quality assurance and progress monitoring. Your leadership will inspire a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement among your team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily launching and lifting operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project schedules
- Manage and coordinate manpower allocation, equipment utilization, and workflow optimization to maximize operational efficiency
- Implement and enforce safety procedures, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments to maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed daily/weekly reports on work status, resource utilization, and any challenges encountered
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and Malaysian construction codes throughout all operations
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets and foster a culture of safety and excellence
- Coordinate material requisitions, equipment maintenance, and resource planning to support uninterrupted site operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent with relevant technical certifications in construction or engineering
- At least 3-5 years of experience in construction site supervision, preferably in launching and lifting operations
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment handling in high-rise or infrastructure projects
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively
- Proficient in reading technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
- Familiar with Malaysian construction regulations, OSHA standards, and workplace safety requirements
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing site challenges
- Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and on-site as required by project demands
