- Oversee corporate legal compliance and regulatory adherence across all business units
- Manage contract drafting, negotiation, and execution for property development projects
- Lead litigation management and dispute resolution strategies
- Develop and implement corporate governance policies and procedures

Kualifikasi
- S1 Law degree from accredited university with minimum GPA 3.00
- 5+ years corporate legal experience in property/real estate sector
- Strong understanding of Indonesian commercial and property regulations
- Advanced contract negotiation and drafting expertise
- Admitted advocate certification (Advokat) preferred
- Proficient in legal research tools and document management systems
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
