Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage litigation teams in case preparation, strategy development, and execution
- Oversee complex civil/commercial litigation proceedings from initiation to resolution
- Develop comprehensive litigation strategies aligned with business objectives
- Represent company in court hearings, arbitrations, and dispute resolution forums
- Conduct legal risk assessments and provide preventative compliance guidance
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and manage litigation budgets
- Prepare legal documentation including pleadings, motions, and case briefs
- Mentor junior legal staff and implement best practices in litigation management
Kualifikasi
- Law degree (S.H.) with minimum 5 years litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian commercial law and litigation procedures
- Proven track record in managing complex legal disputes
- Admitted to Indonesian Bar Association (Peradi)
- Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience managing litigation teams and budgets
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management systems
