Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service standards
- Manage and motivate retail team members to achieve sales targets
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to maintain store appearance
- Handle inventory management, including stock receiving, replenishment, and cycle counts
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with retail experience preferred
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
