Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure exceptional customer service through personalized consultations and after-sales support
- Manage visual merchandising and store presentation to uphold luxury brand standards
- Oversee inventory control, stock rotation, and loss prevention protocols
- Conduct staff training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and luxury service protocols
- Analyze sales data to optimize performance and implement strategic improvements
- Coordinate with corporate partners to execute promotional campaigns and product launches
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in luxury retail or eyewear with supervisory experience
- Proven track record in exceeding sales targets and team leadership
- Deep knowledge of luxury eyewear products, brands, and market trends
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in retail management systems and inventory software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
