PT MahaJaya Plastindo is seeking a dedicated Supervisor Maintenance to oversee the maintenance operations of our manufacturing facility in Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten. You will collaborate closely with production, engineering, and safety departments to schedule preventive and corrective maintenance, manage spare parts inventory, and implement bestâpractice maintenance strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team to ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, work orders, and standard operating procedures to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance, failure data, and KPI metrics to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and budget tracking to ensure costâeffective maintenance operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards, promoting a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with production and engineering departments to plan shutdowns, upgrades, and new equipment installations.
- Mentor and train technicians, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing across the team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision within a manufacturing, industrial, or construction environment.
- Technical background in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation engineering, with a solid understanding of industrial equipment and machinery.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse maintenance team in a fastâpaced production setting.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management systems (CMMS/EAM) and Microsoft Office tools for reporting and scheduling.
- Strong problemâsolving skills with a dataâdriven approach to troubleshooting and process optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a commitment to safety and quality standards.
