Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations for the truck fleet
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of necessary components
- Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians
- Monitor maintenance quality and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Prepare maintenance reports and track key performance indicators
- Coordinate with other departments to align maintenance with operational needs
- Investigate and resolve complex mechanical issues efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in truck fleet maintenance
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and vehicle components
- Certification in heavy vehicle maintenance is a plus
- Experience in supervising maintenance teams
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Proficiency in maintenance management software
