- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across production lines
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of mechanical/electrical failures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Manage maintenance inventory, procurement, and cost control
- Train and mentor maintenance technicians on best practices
- Prepare maintenance reports and analyze performance metrics
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in FMCG/manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance methodologies
- Certification in maintenance management (e.g., CMRP) preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
