Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team for all molding equipment to ensure optimal operational performance
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and extend machinery lifespan
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues in injection molding and related machinery
- Manage maintenance inventory, spare parts procurement, and budget control for the maintenance department
- Train and mentor maintenance technicians on best practices, safety protocols, and technical skills
- Collaborate with production teams to align maintenance schedules with production targets and deadlines
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards in maintenance operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in manufacturing or furniture production
- Proven leadership experience supervising maintenance teams of at least 5 technicians
- Deep technical knowledge of injection molding machinery, hydraulic systems, and industrial automation
- Certification in maintenance management (e.g., CMRP) or equivalent technical qualifications preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities with demonstrated success in reducing equipment downtime
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and diagnostic tools
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
