Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, mentor, and provide day-to-day leadership to the marketing team.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve regional sales and growth targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Monitor and control marketing expenditures to ensure budget compliance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine tactical approaches.
- Support the team in field operations, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Facilitate training sessions to improve team sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Prepare regular reports for management regarding team performance and project milestones.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or team-leading role, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Must be based in or willing to work in the Tulungagung area.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on hitting and exceeding KPIs.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced agency work environment.
