Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily branch operations to ensure business continuity and sales target achievement
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for motor finance products in Madiun region
- Lead, mentor, and motivate marketing teams to exceed performance goals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for senior management

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing/sales supervision
