Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
- Supervise and motivate retail staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and prevent shrinkage
- Implement visual merchandising standards to maintain an attractive store environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to improve performance and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with relevant retail experience
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in retail environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to lead and motivate a team
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail operations
- Customer service oriented with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Proficient in basic computer applications and POS systems
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
