Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control to minimize shrinkage and ensure product availability.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance product appeal and drive sales.
- Analyze sales data and performance reports to identify trends and recommend improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- A keen interest in health and beauty products is highly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualifications in business or retail are an advantage.
