Guardian Health & Beauty is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to lead our team at the NSK Rawang Jaya outlet. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and display to attract customers.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate stock transfers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies to improve revenue growth.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment for all staff and customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience in the retail or FMCG sector.
- Valid SPM, STPM, or Diploma qualification is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving.
- Ability to work flexible working hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications and POS systems.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
