Join PT Atlas Reinsurance Broker as a Supervisor of Collection and lead our finance operations team in a dynamic reinsurance environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of collection specialists to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Develop and implement strategic collection policies for accounts receivable portfolio
- Monitor aging reports and escalate high-risk accounts proactively
- Coordinate with sales and finance teams to resolve payment discrepancies
- Analyze collection performance metrics and optimize collection workflows
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare monthly collection performance reports for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3+ years in collections, AR management, or credit control
- Proven experience in insurance/reinsurance brokerage preferred
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP/Oracle)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance
