Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage and ensure full compliance with all Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and withholding taxes.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the junior finance and accounting team members.
- Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support business decisions.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
- Identify opportunities to optimize financial processes and implement industry best practices.
- Manage relationships with banks, tax authorities, and external auditors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in accounting and taxation, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Must possess valid Brevet Pajak A and B certifications.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, financial regulations, and reporting standards (PSAK).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong sense of professional integrity.
