Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
- Lead tax compliance processes including monthly/quarterly tax filings and annual tax returns
- Oversee financial reporting preparation ensuring accuracy and adherence to Indonesian GAAP
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with variance analysis
- Develop and maintain internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during inspections
- Mentor and develop accounting team members through regular training and feedback
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (S1 Akuntansi/Keuangan)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance/accounting with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, PPnBM) and financial standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Professional certification (CPA, Brevet A/B, or equivalent) preferred
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams and drive results
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
