QL Farms, a leading player in the agricultural and retail sector, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our retail division as a Supervisor or Executive in Accounts & Finance. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role in managing the financial operations of a growing business.
In this position, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of accounting duties, from day-to-day transactions to monthly and year-end closing. You will prepare financial reports, monitor cash flow, handle tax compliance, and support strategic decision-making with accurate financial data. You will also supervise junior team members and collaborate across departments to ensure financial integrity and operational efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the full set of accounts for the retail division.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with MFRS/IFRS.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings (SST, income tax) and statutory reports.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Supervise and mentor junior finance staff, ensuring team efficiency.
- Collaborate with retail operations to monitor inventory costs and margins.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or AutoCount) and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
