Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily outlet operations including staff scheduling and workflow optimization
- Train and mentor team members on product knowledge and customer service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment processes
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to enhance customer experience
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure service excellence at all touchpoints
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to achieve performance targets
- Enforce safety, hygiene, and operational compliance standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Store Leader/Supervisor in Restaurant/Coffee Shop
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong customer service orientation with conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication abilities in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
