Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production scheduling to optimize manufacturing output and meet delivery deadlines
- Monitor and control raw material inventory levels to prevent shortages and minimize waste
- Oversee factory administrative processes including documentation compliance and regulatory reporting
- Coordinate with procurement, quality control, and maintenance departments for operational alignment
- Analyze production KPIs and implement process improvements for efficiency gains
- Manage team performance through training, motivation, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations in manufacturing operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of PPIC supervisory experience in paper packaging manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and production planning software
- Strong analytical skills for inventory optimization and production forecasting
- Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of paper packaging production processes and machinery
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia with English proficiency for documentation
