Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies for medical services, procedures, and packages across all hospital units.
- Conduct regular cost-analysis reviews to ensure pricing remains aligned with operational costs and market benchmarks.
- Lead the periodic evaluation of COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and service margins to identify areas for financial improvement.
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Operations departments to ensure accurate implementation of price lists in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
- Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Pricing and Costing team, providing mentorship and ensuring accuracy in all financial documentation.
- Monitor competitor pricing and regulatory changes in the healthcare industry to ensure organizational compliance and market competitiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Costing, Pricing, or Financial Analysis, preferably within the healthcare or hospitality sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced level: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Proven experience in budget management and cost-accounting methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with a sharp eye for identifying financial discrepancies.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively between departments.
- Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) or ERP software is a distinct advantage.
- High degree of integrity and ability to work under tight deadlines.
