Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end product marketing lifecycle, from concept development to successful product launch, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies based on rigorous market analysis, customer needs, and defined business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product positioning, messaging, and differentiation.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and sales teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, pricing, and sales enablement.
- Manage the go-to-market plan, including launch communications, promotional activities, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Mentor and develop the product marketing team to enhance overall performance, foster creativity, and build professional skill sets.
- Optimize marketing mix strategies to maximize market share and revenue growth within the Jakarta region.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products in the Indonesian market.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
